Shipping & Delivery
Prepaid orders only
All orders are prepaid and paid online at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available at the moment.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated from your delivery pincode, the parcel weight and its dimensions — so it is never a flat guess. The exact charge is shown on the product page, in your bag and again at checkout before you pay. Orders above ₹1,499 ship free.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from our Jaipur studio. Metro pincodes usually receive delivery in 2–4 days, other serviceable pincodes in 4–7 days, and remote regions in 6–9 days.
Tracking
Once your parcel leaves the studio we add the courier name, AWB number and tracking link to your order. You can see it any time on the Track Order page using your order number and email.
Serviceability
A small number of pincodes are not currently serviceable by our courier partners. Our pincode checker will tell you before you pay.
Gift orders
Gift orders ship in our signature cream box with a message card, and the invoice is kept out of the parcel so the price stays between us.
